Reflexology is an ancient practice to help stimulate or balance the body through nerve endings. Nerve endings are like the "freeways" of our bodies, they can be mapped out on your entire body. Reflexology is great at preventative care, but can also help alleviate aches and pains, assist in regulating emotional needs, and manage every day stresses.  Whether working to maintain or rejuvenate your body systems Reflexology can be customized to your needs. I can manipulate the feet, hands, head, face, and ears to help manipulate your body's needs. Any little bit of attention and positive thinking for your body's health is important! Pick a time of your choice (up to  90 minutes)
